2) What are the accepted payments methods?
You can pay your orders through PayPal and with the main credit and prepaid cards such as: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners.
3) Can I make online payments safely?
Yes. Paying by credit card on milanesiskincare.com is safe and certified: confidential data are not processed by our servers or by our staff but only by the banking circuit and are not stored in any database, neither ours nor the bank's. The transaction takes place via a secure and encrypted connection.
4) Do the prices indicated on the Milanesi Skincare online shop include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
5) Is there a maximum number of orders or a limit of products that can be purchased daily?
No, there is no maximum limit.
6) Do you send free samples of your products?

7) What are the shipping costs and shipping times?
Milanesi Skincare offers free shipping throughout Italy and Europe and uses FedEx / TNT to deliver products to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Delivery time is variable from 2 to 5 working days. All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday excluding holidays), depending on the availability of the product. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipping in Italy will take 2-3 working days. In some difficult-to-reach areas (for example high mountain and small islands) and during delicate periods (such as due to COVID-19) delivery may take an additional 48 hours. For international shipping, check directly when ordering the products.

9) How can I edit or cancel my order?
For inquiries, information or changes relating to your order, contact Milanesi skincare's customer service within 12 hours at the following email address email@example.com.

11) What happens if no one's home when my order arrives?
In the event of absence, FedEx/TNT will contact the customer for a new delivery date to the indicated address or, if the customer wishes, to a different address.
12) Can I order a gift for someone and communicate it at the time of purchase?
Yes. On the checkout page there is the section "Add your message" where it will be possible to inform us that your order is a gift and where you can ask us to insert a particular message to send along with the products. Our team will take care of creating an ad hoc written note with your message and insert it in the package of the shipment. If there are other requests, contact us at email@example.com.

14) What happens if I receive a damaged package?
If the package is damaged, you must refuse to receive it, and immediately notify Milanesi Skincare by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
15) How can I make a return?
If a product purchased on the milanesiskincare.com site does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and you will be refunded the total amount.
Conditions to be respected for the right of return: the product must not be damaged; it must contain all the elements, such as caps, pumps; it must not have been used, not even partially; all packaging must be present.
To make the return, you must fill in the online form available in the section of the website: "Exercising of Withdrawal or Return procedure" within 14 days of delivery.

Yes. Milanesi skincare commits every day to offering products that respect the environment and nature. We have chosen all highly recyclable products for packaging. Glass and paper are the two most recycled materials in Italy and worldwide. Our raw materials also come from organic agriculture, extracted with non-polluting methods, and obtained from renewable sources.
19) Where are your products made?
Our products are entirely made in Italy: from the design to the analysis of the formulas, from the cream jar to the box containing it. In Milanesi every part of the product represents an excellence of Made in Italy.
