For inquiries, information or problems with shipping, such as if you receive damaged products, contact Milanesi customer service immediately at info@milanesiskincare.com.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Milanesi Skincare uses FedEx / TNT to deliver products to the address specified by the customer when ordering. 

FedEx / TNT will send the delivery date information by e-mail. In the event of absence, FedEx / TNT will contact the customer for a new delivery date at the indicated address or, if the customer wishes, at a branch.

All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday excluding holidays), depending on the availability of the product. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipping in Italy will take 3-5 working days. In some difficult-to-reach areas (for example high mountain and small islands), delivery may take other additional 48 hours. For international, check directly when ordering the products. 

The customer must check that the package is not damaged and that the packaging is intact. If the package is damaged, the customer must refuse to receive it, and immediately notify Milanesi Skincare by email: info@milanesiskincare.com

RETURN POLICY

Milanesi Skincare's goal is to offer our consumers the best cosmetic products. If a product purchased on the milanesiskincare.com site does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and you will be refunded the total amount.

Conditions to be respected for the right of return: the product must not be damaged; it must contain all the elements, such as caps, pumps; it must not have been used even partially; all packaging must be present.

To make the return, you must fill in the online form available in the section of the website: " Exercising of Withdrawal or Return procedure " within 14 days of delivery.
